Lounge Reservation Terms (located on second floor of the winery-stairway
access):
• Accommodations are available for up to 12 guests.
• Reservations are available during normal business hours; see on-line schedule for
open dates/times. A two-week minimum notice is required.
• This room has been used for a wide array of gatherings which include business
meetings, bridal showers, book clubs, social groups, and simply watching the Green
Bay Packer game or a movie.
• Purchase two bottles of wine for every hour that the lounge is used for a group
gathering. If wine consumed on premise, we will provide glassware.
• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the lounge. This deposit may
be used as a credit towards the wine purchase.
• A valid credit card number must be kept on file in case of any damages incurred
to the lounge, its furnishings, or merchandise.
• Food and beverages may not be brought into the winery due to insurance liability
reasons. Cheese snack trays are available for purchase or guests can make their own
arrangements for catering/delivery with Apple Spice Junction.
• A $50 janitorial fee will be charged if room is in need of clean-up due to refuse left
behind.

access 1st floor):
• Accommodations are available for up to 35 guests. Contact winery manager to
discuss options for larger group gatherings.
• Reservations are available after normal business hours. See on-line schedule for
open dates/times. A two-week minimum notice is required.
• The entire winery has been used for a wide array of private gatherings which
include business/client appreciation, birthday parties, fundraisers, wedding showers,
etc.
• A $300 reservation fee is required to reserve the entire winery after our business
hours for the first two hours for 25 guests (ex: Saturday 7pm to 9pm). Each additional
guest will be incur a $2 charge. Each additional hour will be billed at $100 per hour.
• The reservation fee includes the following:
• Wine-tasting up to 25 guests; seven one-ounce samplings; $2 per person
thereafter. Wine by the glass or bottle is available for purchase.
• Two hour use of the winery.
• Three or more winery staff members present.
• A valid credit card number must be kept on file in case of any damages incurred
to the winery, its furnishings, or merchandise.
